How do I answer the employee support questions when I receive an "Employee Support Request" email notification?

When an employee has a question on their application they have an option called "Request Support" that allows them to ask a question and the system will email the broker attached to this group to notify they have pending questions that need addressed in their EasyAppsOnline portal.

To answer the employee support requests

  1. Log into your EasyAppsOnline Broker Account
  2. Click the link Employee support request, Click Here
  3. Answer the employee's question with the field provided then click Resolve
