How to use the EasyAppsOnline Prospect Tool

What is the EasyAppsOnline Prospect Tool?

The EasyAppsOnline Prospect Tool requires a link to be used (see link below) that ties directly to an Admin or Producer account of your choice. You may place this special link on your website (possibly attached to an image) or in an email communication you distribute to your prospects.


How to Access the Tool

To access the Prospecting Tool, Click Prospect Manager from the Main Menu. When new prospects who have completed the Company Benefit Questionnaire, there will be a link at the top of the Company Listing page that allows you to quickly access new prospects and management them accordingly.


How to distribute the EasyAppsOnline Prospect Link

There are 3 ways to distribute the EasyAppsOnline Prospect Link:

  1. Add the visible website link on your website or distribute it through marketing email, brochures, etc.

  2. You can have multiple brokers log into one account to maintain your agency's prospects. If you would like to share the link across multiple broker accounts, create a new Producer account and name it according to its function (i.e. Prospects). After you've created the new account, come back to this screen and complete Step 3 below.

  3. If you created a new account for a Producer Account, use the dropdown menu below to create a link for a specific broker account.

How the Prospect

  1. Once your Prospect has completed the questionnaire and loaded their employee information, you will receive a New Prospect Notification email containing the details of the quote request.

  2. To quote your Prospect using the EasyQuotes system, click Send to Quoting.

  3. If you require additional health information from the employees, click Make Client then select the Enrollment Mode Pre-Screening.

  4. If you wish to remove this prospect from the system, click Remove.
