How to Activate Life Events for an EasyAppsOnline Company
1. Go to Enrollment Modes/Dates and put your group in New Hire Mode.
2. If your group is already in New Hire Mode, just say YES to Allow Life Events/Changes.
3. Enter the number of days new hires will be allowed to enroll and choose the Eligibility Period.
4. Choose YES next to Allow Life Events/Changes and save the updates:
*Note: Not available on Defined Contribution groups.
5. Employees can log into their accounts and click Submit a Life Event to get started.
6. Once an event has been submitted, either you or the employer can approve or deny the request and update the change on the carrier websites.
