Employee Instruction Guides
Where can I find the employee instructions for my group?
The instruction guides are always available in 3 locations: the Add Company Wizard, Renew Group Wizard and in the Support menu/Support Manuals. If you go to either wizard, you can find your group in the list at the top of the screen. Once you do that, the wizard will open and you can scroll to the very bottom. That's where you will see the instruction files for the employees, and the ones shown there will be based on the current setup of your group.
You can also click on the Support menu and choose "Manuals". On the next screen, click on the header bar called "Employee Documents (English)" and you will see all Employee support guides on that screen.
