Determining what Instruction sheet to use for a client
Review listing to determine with employee instructional sheet to provide to a client for its employees.
Please review the list below to determine which instructional sheet you will need to download and send to the client. Quick Start Sheet Census (Eng) - Use this for brand new clients that are completing the application in Prescreening Mode, and were uploaded using the EasyAppsOnline Employee Census Template Quick Start Sheet No census Upload (Eng) - Use this for brand new clients that are completing the application in Prescreening Mode and were NOT uploaded through a census but will be using the "Create a Profile" username & password (See Step 2 for more detail) to complete their application. Final Plan Selection - Use this instruction sheet if your group is going through the enrollment mode "Final Plan Selection". Renewal - For groups who have completed the application in prior years and will just be logging into update their applications |
