The HR contact apparently locked themselves out with the HR username & password

This is the error she received:
COMPANY ACCOUNT DISABLED. PLEASE CONTACT A SYSTEM ADMIN.

In order to reset the HR username and password (Indicated when the group is highlighted in yellow on your client list) follow these steps:
1.) Click on Client
2.) Find the Group
3.) Select "Choose an action"
4.) Select "Edit Company Information"
5.) Just Click the Update Button at the bottom to reset
