Employee's Password
How do I reset an employee's password?
To reset an employee's password please follow the below steps:
1. Click on Clients
2. Locate the company
3. Choose an action > Maintain Employees
4. Locate the employee
5. Choose an action > Reset act/pwd
6. If the employee's email address is on file they will be notified automatically with their new password. If no email address is on file you must directly contact the employee and tell them what the new password is that you see on the screen.
