How do I reset an employee's Security Question?

  1. Click Clients
  2. Locate the employee's company from the list.
  3. From the Choose an Action menu select Maintain Employees
  4. Locate the employee who forgot their security question.
  5. From the Choose an Action menu select Reset Security Question
  6. Select Yes to confirm
