The HR Account has been locked out. What do I do?
An HR Administrator that enters the wrong password 3 consecutive times will be locked out and the company will be highlighted on the Clients page.
Example Message:
COMPANY ACCOUNT DISABLED. PLEASE CONTACT A SYSTEM ADMIN.
To unlock the HR account
- Click Clients
- Locate the company and select Choose an action
- Click Edit Company Information
- Click Update at the bottom of the page to restore access for the HR Administrator.
